An Artist Share is a fractional, tradeable claim on a defined basket of future revenue — streaming royalties, sync licensing, publishing and mechanical income, plus optional touring and merch overrides set by the artist at Debut.

Artists enter via a Guild-reviewed IPO. Guild Analysts issue a Prospectus: streaming velocity, sync history, live footprint, cultural momentum. A private Founding Round to 50 Patrons precedes public listing. The artist sets the floor price — it can only go up.
